Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

  • Item is in original condition (unused, uninstalled, undamaged)
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation included
  • Original proof of purchase provided
  • Item has not been modified or customized

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Software or digital downloads (once accessed)
  • Opened consumables or components
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance/final sale items (marked as such)

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Support: Email returns@lightgungame.com for a Return Authorization (RMA)
  2. Package Item: Securely package in original packaging with all accessories
  3. Include Documentation: Place RMA number and original receipt inside package
  4. Ship Item: Use tracked shipping to the address provided in your RMA email
  5. Notify Us: Email us the tracking information

Important: Do not ship returns to the Seattle address listed on our contact page. That is our US business registration address only. All returns should go to the UK address above.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days for inspection
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Refund Timeline: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank/card issuer)
  • Refund Amount: Item price + original shipping (if defective/wrong item)
  • Non-Refundable: Return shipping costs (unless we sent wrong/defective item)

4. Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Specify desired exchange item in your RMA request
  • If new item costs more, you'll be invoiced for the difference
  • Exchange shipping is free for defective items, at customer's cost for other exchanges

5. Defective/Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • Defective Item: Contact us within 7 days. We'll cover all return shipping and expedite replacement
  • Wrong Item: Contact us immediately with photos. We'll send correct item and provide return label
  • Missing Parts: Contact us, we'll ship missing components

6. International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Returns must be shipped to our UK address above
  • International return shipping and customs fees are customer's responsibility
  • Use tracked international shipping
  • Refund will be for item price only (original international shipping not refunded)
  • Declare as “RETURNED GOODS” with low value to minimize customs fees
